What I loved most about Kim, aside from her friendly personality, was the fact that she was all about helping the buyer make the right decision for them. It wasn't at all about just making a sale so she could get paid. She's very knowledgeable and pointed out any potential problem she saw when showing homes that helped me make informed decisions.
